Fortessa

This analyser is equipped with 4 excitation sources, a PMT on the FSC size parameter allowing the detection of microparticles / microvesicles (>0.2µ) and an SSC on the 405nm laser. A real UV laser has been installed for a better detection of “Side Population” phenotype stem cells.

  • 4 lasers: Ultraviolet (355nm/UV), Violet (405nm), Blue (488nm) and Red (635nm)
  • Multicolour analysis up to 19 parameters including 16 fluorescence (PMT)
  • Acquisition speed up to 20,000 events/second

This device is dedicated to the analysis of L1 and L2 class cells that do not contain human pathogens.
